Our apartments

The Residence Garden consists of 12 finely furnished apartments,

6 of which on the ground floor with private garden and 6, attic, on the upper floor with balcony.

All with a wonderful view of the lake, the ancient village of Malcesine and the imposing Monte Baldo.

The apartments, equipped with all the comforts useful for the stay,

offer the warmth and intimacy of a private home.

Our apartments

The types are:

Two-room apartments (about 40 square mt. for 2/4 people) – Three-room apartments (about 50 square mt. for 2/4 people) – Three-room apartments (about 50 square mt. for 5/6 people)

Two-room apartment

The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner hob, extractor hood, refrigerator and freezer, American and Italian coffee machine, kettle, microwave and the necessary equipment for your stay. It does not have a dishwasher, toaster and oven. In the living room there is a satellite television and a sofa bed for 2 people.

The room has a double bed with a single mattress, 2.00m long and 1.80m wide, safe, spacious wardrobe and two bedside tables on the sides of the bed.

Bathroom with shower and bidet.

Three-room apartment

The kitchen includes a four-burner hob, extractor hood, refrigerator and freezer, German and Italian coffee machine, kettle, microwave and the necessary equipment for your stay. It does not have a dishwasher, toaster and oven. In the living room there is a satellite television and a sofa bed for 2 people.

The room has a double bed with a single mattress, 2.00m long and 1.80m wide, safe, spacious wardrobe and two bedside tables on the sides of the bed.

The bedroom has two single bunk beds and a spacious wardrobe.
