Situated on a panoramic plateau, at a height of about 450 meters from the level of the lake, the residence is located in the hamlet of Prabione di Tignale.

A few steps away you will find a bar with mini market, a restaurant with typical cuisine, but also the municipal swimming pool,

a playground and soccer field, and the brand new Flying Frogs adventure park.

In addition, about 2 km away you will find the center of Tignale, Gardola, where all the necessary services for your holiday are offered, as well as numerous dining and meeting places.

Characterized by an architectural structure that combines modern style with the rustic taste of stone and wood,

the Residence Garden was built in 2002 and consists of 12 finely furnished apartments,

6 of which are located on the ground floor with private garden and 6 on the upper floor with terrace, and a private swimming pool at the complete disposal of our customers.

The apartments have a wonderful view of the lake, the ancient village of Malcesine and the imposing Monte Baldo.
