WHAT ARE THE PAID SERVICES?
- Final cleaning*
€ 70.00 per stay - Heating according to consumption (€ 5.00 / mc)
- Linen: € 9.00 per person / change
(to be booked upon confirmation) - Towels: € 6.00 per person / change
(to be booked upon confirmation) - Laundry room with coin-operated washing machine
- Bread delivery service
- Dogs and cats allowed: € 35.00 a week
- Tourist tax: € 1.70 per person per day, exempt up to 14 years
*On the day of departure we ask that the bathroom and kitchen be left clean and that the rubbish is placed in the appropriate bins. In case of non-fulfillment, the cost of final cleaning will be increased.
TERMS OF PAYMENT?
Upon confirmation, an advance payment will be required, equal to 30% of the total amount, the payment must be made within one week of receipt of the reservation;
The remaining amount will be paid upon your arrival.
A deposit of € 100.00 will be required upon your arrival (it will be returned on the day of departure after checking the apartment).
TERMS OF CANCELLATION?
- Up to 46 days from arrival: 0% of the total price
- From 45 to 31 days before arrival: 20% of the total price
- From 30 to 16 days before arrival: 50% of the total price
- Less than 15 days from arrival: 100% of the total price
